Levels
Four levels, paid every month
Your level is set by how many qualifying signed agreements you have for distinct referred client accounts, verified by Waypoint. Your level rate applies to every one of your signed agreements — not just the newest one. Reach the next level and that higher rate lifts your entire book on collections going forward. This isn't a one-time finder's fee — commission is paid on each month's eligible collected fees for as long as the client relationship and its executed terms continue.
Figures below show whole-book math at the top of each level — every qualifying client on a $5,000 per month retainer, paid at that level's rate, before any applicable tax treatment.

Every signed agreement pays at your current level rate, so each new client earns on top of the last — and when a new client moves you up a level, the higher rate applies across all of your agreements on collections going forward. Your level reflects your active qualifying agreements, so it can move down if agreements end or are disqualified.
These figures are an illustration, not a projection, a guarantee, or lifetime income. The 12-month figure assumes every month is actually invoiced and collected in full. Commission requires an accepted referral, a fully signed agreement, and payment actually cleared and collected by Waypoint on eligible professional service fees. Advertising and media spend, taxes, unpaid invoices, and separately stated pass-through or reimbursable costs are excluded, and refunds, credits, and chargebacks are deducted. If a client pauses, reduces scope, or leaves, future commission changes with it.

Questions, answered
- Is approval guaranteed?
- No. Every application is reviewed by our team and approval is at Waypoint's discretion. Being approved makes you an independent referral partner — not an employee, agent, or representative with authority to bind Waypoint.
- Do I need marketing experience?
- No. You need relationships and judgement. Waypoint handles discovery, pricing, proposals, contracting, and delivery. We give you the language and materials to make a confident introduction.
- What counts as an accepted referral?
- A referral you register that we accept after checking it against our existing pipeline, subject to a 12-month existing-pipeline lookback and first accepted referral attribution. Accepted referrals are registered for 180 days, with recorded extensions where authorized.
- Why doesn't submitting a lead earn commission right away?
- Registering a referral records attribution. Commission is only earned once an agreement is fully signed, attribution is verified, and Waypoint has actually collected eligible professional service fees.
- When do payments happen?
- Statements are issued monthly, with an ordinary payment target of the last business day of the following month, and a 30-day window to raise a statement dispute.
- How do level changes work?
- Your level is based on how many verified qualifying signed agreements you have for distinct referred client accounts. Your current level rate applies to every one of your signed agreements — not just new ones. Level up and the higher rate lifts your whole book from that point forward. It applies to collections going forward, not to fees already collected and paid at your previous rate. Your count reflects active qualifying agreements, so if agreements end or are disqualified your level can move down as well as up.
- How is the swag pack fulfilled?
- After approval we collect your business card details, shirt size, and shipping information. There is no cost to you — the swag pack is free for approved Way Finders. Quantities, availability, replacements, and timing follow the published swag pack policy.
- What if I invite another Way Finder?
- Invitations are welcome, but recruiting another Way Finder earns no recruitment commission, override, or level credit. Codes identify attribution only.
